Born 1963, studied at The University of the West Indies at Cave Hill, Barbados. In 1990 he co-founded FILAMENT S.A., an engineering company specializing in filament winding. He is co-developer of the CADWIND process simulation software. As a leading expert in process automation and production optimization he is a seminar instructor and speaker at international conferences about composite processing. Now as a Founding Associate he brings his expertise to CONINTECO LTD.
GABRIEL WALTON
Operations Manager

As of March 24 2014, Gabriel Walton joins CL as Operations Manager. Walton has a master degree in aerospace engineering at the TU DELFT. His experience of over 10 years in the composites industry will allow to streamline the CL organization in order to manage the growth of the company.
JAY MCKENZIE

Jay has a technical degree in Mechanics. He has almost 10 years’ experience in the composite industry. He brings his expertise as an independent project manager to CL.
ANDREW WOOD
President

Andrew Stewart Wood has more than 30 years experience in starting and managing composite companies, building composite machinery, developing composite parts and processes, and writing software. He founded his consulting company, Wood Innovative, Inc., in 2002, to help his clients understand and implement manufacturing using advanced composites. He previously managed Entec Composites Machines, Inc. a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zoltek companies as part of a merger of Composites Machines Company, Inc. (which he founded) with Engineering Technology, Inc. (where he was previously President). Mr. Wood has published numerous papers in the areas of filament winding, composites and software and written several articles for composite publications. Mr. Wood has a Masters Degree in electrical engineering. As a well known expert in filament winding he now, as a Founding Associate, brings his expertise to CONINTECO LTD.
CAMERON MCDONALD
Business Administration Manager
CONINTECO LTD
Cameron has a bachelor degree Marketing at the University of Stirling . As Business Administration Manager Cameron is responsible for the accounting and administration at CONINTECO LTD. Organizing the annual CPV Symposium is also one of his tasks. This Symposium attracts over 100 people from 40 different countries each year. Last but not least he looks after the customer satisfaction of the clients of CL.
